3. Rich Media Solutions
   • Content Bank Australia are a consulting and delivery organisation of best-of-breed rich media technologies. We will be discussing our companies' video and rich media expertise, services and products we deliver into the Australian market and university space.
     In understanding and discussing the strategic direction of Monash University, we will position one of the streaming technologies we deliver, Mediasite. Mediasite is a leading edge rich media streaming solution that is used in over 300 universities world-wide.

5. Enhancing International Higher Education with ICT
   • Proposal from Prof Phillip Steele for ETC to run a workshop covering technology, pedagogy and management issues in regard to a range of educational technologies.
